The living room is the centrepiece of the project. A generous space with a fireplace, a contemporary sofa and statement lighting sets the tone for relaxation and conversation. We emphasised natural textures—wood, stone and soft textiles—to create warmth and tactility. It’s a space made for cosy family time and effortless entertaining.

The principal bedroom is rendered in calming tones that invite relaxation. A generous bed, layered soft textiles and gentle, dimmable lighting all serve the idea of rest. Decorative pieces were curated to reflect the client’s taste, underscoring the room’s individuality.

The adjoining bathroom deepens the sense of privacy: a free-flow layout, a freestanding tub by the window and considered accent lighting create a spa atmosphere at home. It’s a place to withdraw, recharge and feel genuinely cared for in absolute comfort.

For the comfort of residents and guests, we designed a spacious shower room on the ground floor. The combination of wood and stone creates a contemporary, refined look, while the thoughtful layout keeps the space comfortable and highly functional. This zone underscores the project’s attention to detail in every room.
